Fixing Your Golf With The Golf Fix – 2.0

The Golf Fix

As most of you know from my previous posts I am a fan of a show on the Golf Channel called, “The Golf Fix” If you did not read the initial post I did about it, you can check it out here. As some of you long time readers know that post was actually commented on by Michael Breed (I like to believe that it was actually him and not an assistant, I have been called names for this but I don’t care it was him.)

I had recorded the latest installment of The Golf Fix and saw that there were some pretty cool enhancements to the new season of the show, so I thought I would let you all know about it.

Michael is still hosting and is the same as ever, enthusiastic to say the least. The set has been completely redone with a larger putting green and a full golf simulator that Michael hits into from a tri-grass type mat. The most interesting new upgrade is this simulator with a full screen read out of the attributes of the shot. He can make his points and then quantitatively point point out the characteristics like ball spin, loft, speed etc. I thought this was a HUGE deal in helping me understand the point he was making.

His set comes complete with a full “bar-o-trinkets” that is just chock full of gadgets and tools that help emphasize drills and to make points. Still my favorite part of the show, I really like the fact that he uses household type items to form drills from and to highlight his lesson.

If you go on the site, he is still taking contributions from fans and gives some really great advice on-air. Overall I think the set is very well put together and gives him a ton more room to work from.

Feel free to comment as you wish so you can be just like Michael Breed!

I really do appreciate the endorsement and I look forward to providing golf instruction in a fun and entertaining way. I hope all can see that. Good luck with your game.
